This set of 4 plates, are inspired by the Royal gardens of Sintra and the shell motif of Portuguese tiles. These plates sit well with every other plate in our fine earthenware range. With the garden-inspired, hand-painted botanical and the shell motif, it "finishes" the look of the dinner plates. 

The botanical at the centre of this plate is the painter's addition — the Chelsea design sent to Caldas da Rainha with the shell rim and returned with a hand-painted flourish at the centre.

This is what happens when a drawing board in SW3 meets a workshop in Portugal with five generations of ceramic instinct. The collaboration of inspirations from the Sintra Royal Gardens and the Portuguese Coast.
